Inktober

So I want to do Inktober this year and I got a Sketch box with the theme of Inktober. The rules are.


1. Make a drawing in ink.

2. Post it online.

3. Hashtag it with #Inktober and #Inktober2017

4. Repeat.

Those are the rules that Jake Parker made for Inktober. I will follow them and the Prompt list which is.

So those are the prompts that I found. I have never done Inktober and I'm excited to try. I will instead of posting on Wednesday I will post every day or I might post on Wednesday of all the things I did in the week. So That is what is going to happen with Inktober. I might fall behind a bit, but I'll try to keep up on it. So that's all the info for now.

Yo-Kai Insomni

This is Insomni she is from the game and the animated series Yo-kai watch. So I draw her a little while ago in 2016. I was watching StampyLongNose play the game and I really wanted to draw on of them. 

So I drew her into a flip book type thing I made. I just stapled papers together and drew on the cover a Yo-Kai watch logo. I thing I forgot to color her eyelid haha. Well, her little discripson on the Fandom wiki is "If you catch her eye she won't let you fall asleep until she's bored with you...or you're almost dead." So she's not the nicest. Well thats it for this post I hope you enjoyed looking at my art.

3 marker challenge

This is my art for the three marker challenge.

I got the colors Dark Green, Poppy Red, and Light Cerulean Blue. The Poppy Red color was a orange not a red like it says so I had to use a orange instead of a good red. I din't change colors of have a few tries. This was my first and only try. You can see the colors on the right of the picture. I used my Prismacolors. this is a rather small piece of art. I wanted to so a smaller piece so I wouldn't have to fill a whole page. I used some card stock that we got a Walmart. So the art is of a mesa or the Grand Canyon. I love how it looks. For the style I got if from Kasey Golden on YouTube. She her first 500 Art Prompts video she did a mesa looking art piece. So what I was going for was a life and death type thing, but I made that change right is I did the second mountain so its not the best. Some info

So I really want to be spunky in my posts and more frequent in posting. I try to draw as much as I can, but a lot of the things I do end up being trash. So I will try and put aside days where I can sit down and draw and if its trash I'll still post it, but it might not be very good. Some of the things are going to be sketches and maybe some finished art. I'm really happy people found me and I hope you like my art. I know its not the best (by far). Thanks for looking at my art and if i improve at all. I have some art I haven't posted so I'll post  that on the days I can't find time to draw.


Days I will post on. Wednesday is going to be my best day so look forward to that.

How good my art will be. This is in the blank area, but I know most will be sketches.

Being positive. I'm not the most positive and motivated artist. So I feel really shy about showing my art to the internet so I might be a bit cringey.

Videos. I'll try to figure out how to do videos so you can watch and it might be a little better then a picture.

My other blogs. i have to blogs this one and one where i write i feel a lot more comfortable writing and posting it then art. The book is about a princess who doesn't like being a princess big surprise. Until many things all he sudden turn her life upside down.

Poppy Thorn

This is Poppy Thorn. I didn't come up with her the one I got inspiration from was a my little pony named Poppy Thorn. The artist who made her is Idontknow350 on Deviant art. She was a my little pony and I turned her into a human. 

I started with a sketch which is on the left I had some ideas and later changed things like the nose and hair. I added a flower crown to her and a flower behind her ear. The flower behind her ear is in the art I got inspired by. I used a reference for her body. I really love how she turned out.
